Karate for children – learn through playing…
Kids karate (Kido karate for short) is a sport in which children are introduced to the Emeskai karate sport through playing.
Training contents of Kido-Karate
- Playful exercises, dexterity games, small duel exercises, age-appropriate fitness exercises through regular training 1x/week
- Game-typical and game-tactical abilities
- Team behavior in training and competition games
- Various offensive and defensive actions with limited or active defense
Kido-Karate is not a reduced real karate.
Aim of Kido Karate
The goal is to learn the basics of Modern Sport Karate in a playful way and to prepare early for the transition to the Emeskai Basic School. Early preparation for competitive sports and age-appropriate self-defense promote self-assertion and self-confidence in children.
