Sports Karate
The sports karate training from 14 years of age follows a training system that allows the karateka to learn in a short time the sports competition. In our classes, we practice the basic techniques according to a systematic course system.

Fight Fitness (currently suspended due to flood damage in the sports hall)
Fight Fitness is for adults who want to combine self-defense and fitness elements. Initial karate experience from other styles or previous clubs is welcome, but not necessary.

Costs
Please register during training or in the office of the VFG.
Registration is at the VFG Meckenheim. The monthly membership fee is 16 € for adults (9 € basic fee as well as 7 € per martial arts course) or 13 € for children and teenagers (7 € basic fee as well as 6 € per martial arts course). The use of further sports offers of the VFG Meckenheim is included (information about possible special fees can be found on the membership application form).
