At this year’s spring seminar, we trained together with the Aachen, Rhine Main and Rhine Sieg regions and competed in a tournament on Sunday, May 5. A great tournament with many categories and successful placings:
- 1st place Forma brown and black belts: Annalena Strüver
- 3rd place Forma white and yellow belts: Louisa Weißmann
Louisa received the 1st orange belt for this great performance!
