During the summer vacations, we will participate again this year in Sport im Park. From 24.06. – 16.07.2023 you can train spontaneously and without obligation with us in the Josef-Thelen Park in Mariadorf/Alsdorf. You can meet us in the park on the following dates:
- Tuesdays, 27.06./04.07./11.07. from 19:00 – 20:00: Fitness exercises for martial artists (from 13 years)
- Thursdays, 29.06./06.07./13.07. from 19:00 – 20:00: Modern sports karate (from 13 years)#
- Fridays, 30.06./07.07./14.07. from 18:00 – 19:00: Kids Karate (from 7 years)
